Corvus Belli is a company with nearly 60 people dedicated to conceiving, designing, and manufacturing games and miniatures from Galicia for an international market that values us for the quality of our products and the attention we give to our customers. Today, we have set a roadmap to achieve new dreams in the world of wargames and board games. To follow it, we are looking for someone who brings experience and multiplies its value with a positive attitude. Someone capable of designing, leading, and executing the commercial strategy with vision and a focus on results, coordinating sales, marketing, and communication to strengthen our international position and foster sustainable growth. Main responsibilities

  • To learn about and commit to Corvus Belli's business, market, product, and our target customers.
  • Design the commercial strategy, side by side with the CEO
  • Design, implement and monitor Corvus Belli's Business Plan and annual budget.

Sales and business relationships (B2B)

  • Lead and coordinate the sales team, setting objectives and ensuring their fulfillment.
  • Consolidate and expand the network of national and international distributors and stores.
  • Negotiate and follow up with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities in international markets and exploring new sales channels

Marketing and communication

  • Define the integrated commercial strategy for B2B and B2C channels in coordination with the Marketing and Communications Leader.
  • Monitor the actions and results of Marketing and Communication, through its leader.
  • Monitor the online store within the business strategy, boosting conversion, customer loyalty, and its consistency with the rest of the actions.

 Does this description fit you?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international B2B sales. And at least 2 years in a similar commercial management position.
  • Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • If you have experience in companies in our sector or a good knowledge of the market, and you also enjoy wargames, board games or video games, we would love to meet you!
  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar. If you have chosen another higher education qualification, you must complement it with a specialization in foreign trade.
  • You are proficient in an ERP system. Excel skills are assumed.
  • A very high level of professional English is essential. Knowledge of another language (French or German) will be considered an asset.
  • A person with strong organizational and planning skills, able to maintain focus when facing challenges, and possessing excellent interpersonal competencies in international environments, along with negotiation skills at various levels both within and outside the organization.
  • Availability to travel internationally on occasion.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle (the location of the company requires it).

What we offer

  • You will have an adaptation period with support from the team, to get to know our product, market and customers from the inside.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week. Did we mention we respect your personal time? 40 hours = 40 hours. And with flexible hours that will make it easier to balance work and personal life.
  • Initial open-ended contract.
  • A total of 23 working days of vacation + our 5 "Corvus" public holidays + one day off + games day.
  • Possibility of remote working (25% of the monthly working hours).
